DREADNAUGHT D
Adding the letter “D” to our Dreadnaught modular multi-channel amplifier model serves dual purposes. “D” is not only the 4th letter of the alphabet, it is also the amplifier class used in our new masterwork.
The Dreadnaught D brings the world-class performance or Theta Digital’s Prometheus monblock amplifiers to users who require the finest multi-channel performance plus world-class flexibility..
PROMETHEUS
A collaboration between Dave Reich, Theta Digital’s chief engineer and Bruno Putzeys, class D “Wonderkind” of Hypex fame, Prometheus marks a fundamental departure in our amplifier philosophy. Rather than design amplifiers that highlight the amp/speaker interface and demand careful consideration when choosing the corresponding transducer, Prometheus is completely load agnostic. The frequency response is load invariant. Harmonic distortion, at less than 0.01% at 500 watts RMS full-band at 4 ohms is virtually non-existent. The same is true for IMD.

ATI SIGNATURE AT6000
Amplifier Technologies, Inc., the prolific manufacturer of many of the high end’s best amplifiers today introduced a new series of amplifiers designed by their president and chief engineer, Morris Kessler. The 6000 series amplifiers, available with 2 to 7 channels, are the company’s first new amplifiers in over a decade. Furthermore, their “signature series” designation with a facsimile of Kessler’s signature on the main panel acknowledges the special nature of these designs.
ATI NC52XNC AMPS
These AT5XXNC series amplifiers break new ground in other ways. They are the first ATI amplifiers to use micro-processor control for turn-on delay and feature automatic AC power recognition and configuration. The amplifiers not only recognize whether they are hooked up to 117V or 230V nominal power, they automatically self-configure. The amplifiers also incorporate a new and novel “sleep” circuit. When the amplifier receives no input signal for a period of 10 minutes, power is removed from the output modules and a front-panel LED begins to flash. As soon as an input signal is detected on any channel, normal playback operation resumes instantaneously.

ATI SIGNATURE AT4000
All the amplifiers in the 4000 series are rated at 200 Watts RMS from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with no more that 0.03% THD at 8 ohms with all channels driven and 300 Watts RMS at 4 ohms under the same conditions. Signal-to-noise ratio is typically 126 dB referenced to full output so each amplifier in the series is capable of playing back the full dynamic range available on today’s lossless recordings.
ANTHEM P5
In life we admire “heart.” When we say someone has heart we mean passion, spirit, fortitude. And we applaud it. While the amplifier is the brawn behind every successful music and movie presentation, it is also the heart! Its role is as crucial as that of the speakers in its ability to render delicate musical detail one moment and deliver room-shaking explosions the next. The most exquisite piece of music falls flat without clean, quiet power to sustain it through to its natural, musical ebb. Movie special effects require an inordinate supply of stable, high current power to give visceral credibility to the “special” aspect of each effect! In fact, all truly successful sound reproduction requires “heart.” The heart of an amplifier rests with its design and it is here that P2 and P5 amplifiers reveal their high-end lineage: multi-layered, hand-designed circuit boards with thick copper traces; rugged, independent power supplies with tuned toroidal power transformers for each amplifier channel; fourteen rugged bipolar output devices per channel; custom-designed convection-cooled heatsinks with serrated fins; a “no-fuse” design strategy. And the list goes on.
